Aera design interiors that are experienced slowly. Their previous site asked visitors to move quickly through a grid of thumbnails, which worked against everything the practice stands for.
Approach
We rebuilt the site around full-bleed imagery and a deliberately slow scroll, letting each project hold the screen. Navigation was reduced to four destinations.
Outcome
The result is a site that asks visitors to slow down, with each project given room to hold the screen.
